TOCA STUDENT · Lesson 11 · Practice

More kizomba classes do not always mean more progress

Your body needs three things and volume is only one of them. Repetition, feedback and recovery. Without the other two, extra classes just repeat what you already do.

Dawou Tarraxo, pioneer of Tarraxo. More kizomba classes do not always mean more progress

Choose one priority. Practise it slowly and consistently. Test it in a real dance. Then notice honestly what changed and what still collapses.

Progress is not a straight line. Train with intention, not only with volume.

Repetition, feedback and recovery, that is how dancers actually improve.
